REMAINING VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

2026 – 2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Gurmat Center’s success lies in the hands of our Sevadars.

A few volunteer opportunities are still available for youth to do Seva during the upcoming school year at Gurmat Center. We encourage those interested to apply and help support our programs throughout the year.

Applicants must be entering Grade 6 or higher in September 2026. Apply as soon as possible, as spots are limited. All applications will be screened, and successful applicants will be emailed if accepted. See the application for more requirements and details.

One Singh Sevadar needed for Thursdays

WHEN (Select from the following):

Monday: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

Tuesday: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

Wednesday: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

Thursday: 4:45 – 7:15 PM—

1 SEVADAR NEEDED

Friday: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

Sunday: 5:30 – 7:00 PM

COMMITMENT: Applicants are expected to commit their time for 10 months from mid-September 2026 to mid-June 2027.

Applicants must be able to speak in Punjabi & English.

Thursday, Level 2: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

Friday, Level 2: 4:45 – 7:15 PM

COMMITMENT: Applicants are expected to commit their time for 10 months from mid-September 2026 to mid-June 2027.

Applicants must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi.

Kirtan Class

2 SEVADARS NEEDED

COMMITMENT: Applicants are expected to commit their time for 9 months from October 2026 to mid-June 2027.

Applicants must know how to do Kirtan.
