Since 2001, Gurmat Center has offered a unique program aimed specifically at Canadian-born youth. This interactive program takes place in Gurmat Center's Basement every Sunday from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. This program is popular with children and families because Sikhi concepts are shared in English by Canadian-born youth speakers, many of whom learned at Gurmat Center and are now teaching the next generation. Multimedia presentations, Q&A’s and cool weekly prizes always keep the Sangat engaged and coming back week after week. Children also have the opportunity to celebrate their birthday at the Darbar, receive a special birthday gift, and enjoy cupcakes with the entire Sangat afterwards.
