Spring Camp Volunteer Application 2026

Conditions

March 16-19, 2026 (Monday to Thursday)

In order to be accepted as a volunteer for the 2026 Spring Gurmat Camp, all of the conditions listed below must be fully met and agreed to:

Note: Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will be accepted.

I am in grade 7 or higher.

I can attend the camp for the full 4 days, 8:15 am to 4:30 pm daily.

I will wear a watch to the orientation and for the duration of the camp. (No smart/electronic watches such as Apple Watches, Fitbits, etc.)

I will pay $15 for the volunteer t-shirt during the orientation, only if I am accepted. Everything else during the camp is free for volunteers (lunch, snacks, treats, and field trip)

Volunteers are required to stay till 6:30pm on the last day of camp to fill out volunteer feedback forms.

I will accept and perform any task or duty given to me without hesitation.

I will attend the mandatory volunteer orientation on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Timing will be provided in the acceptance email.

I agree to check my email regularly (at least every 1-2 days) to ensure I receive important communication from the Gurmat Center, including acceptance notifications and confirmation requests. I understand that failure to respond in a timely manner may affect my volunteer status.

I have confirmed with my parent(s)/guardian(s) that I have no appointments or commitments that would prevent me from attending the full Spring Camp schedule
