On Sunday, June 11, Gurmat Center will be holding its 30th annual Awards Ceremony. Sevadars are needed to help with this event! We would really appreciate your Seva for this big event. Sevadars are required to commit to doing Seva for the shifts they sign up for. Please see the volunteering schedule below and then click on the orange button to fill out an application form.
SATURDAY, JUNE 10, 2023:
Awards Ceremony Set-up (Saturday, June 10 from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
There will be a 45 minute lunch break and 1 hour and 15 minutes allotted for Rehras Sahib and dinner.

In order to be accepted as a volunteer, all of the conditions listed below must be fully met and agreed to:

Awards Ceremony Morning Set-up (Sunday, June 11 from 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Awards Ceremony Event - Inside portion (Sunday, June 11 from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
Awards Ceremony Event – Outside portion (Sunday, June 11 from 12:00 PM – 4:00PM)
Awards Ceremony Take Down (Sunday, June 11 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
