Late and Absent Form

In a previous email, we explained how to access the student homework. In this email, we would like to remind returning students and inform newly registered students about the late and absent procedure.

If students or volunteers are going to be late or absent for their class or volunteering, they must fill out the online form. This way, Gurmat Center teachers and staff are well informed and are able to make arrangements accordingly. Please note that the late/absence form is available on our website at www.gurmatcenter.com.

HOW TO ACCESS THE

LATE AND ABSENT FORM

Method 1 - QR Code

1. Find the QR codes on your child’s Punjabi/Santhia notebook

2. Scan the right QR code (please follow either of the short tutorials below on how to do this)

3. You can now fill out the form

How to access the late and absent form on a computer:

1. Go to www.gurmatcenter.com

2. Click “report absence” at the top right section of the page

How to access the late and absent form on a mobile device:

1. Go to www.gurmatcenter.com

2. Click the three lines menu button in the top right

3. Click “report absence”
