DISCOUNTED RATESPackages are being offered to students that are registering in more than one class. Package applies per 1 student. Packages are designed to support families who wish to register their children in multiple classes.
FAMILY REFERRAL DISCOUNTTo encourage registration of new students, Gurmat Center is offering a Family Referral Discount. For every new family that you refer to Gurmat Center, you will receive a $25 discount on your children’s registration. |

Who is eligible for this discount? You can only receive this discount if you have registered for any Gurmat Center class (Level 1 – 6, Kirtan or Gatka) in 2025 or in previous years. |

| Who is considered a new family? A family is considered “new”, if they have never enrolled in any Gurmat Center class before (Level 1 – 6, Kirtan or Gatka). |

WHAT GURMAT CENTER OFFERS |
|

| Punjabi ClassesOver the course of three years (level 1, 2, & 3), students learn to read and write in Punjabi. Students learn the Gurmukhi alphabet, numbers, symbols, Punjabi grammar, and much more. |
|

|
|
|
|
Santhia ClassesLevel 4: Students learn the correct pronunciation of all seven Nitnem Banis (daily prayers). Level 6 part 1 and 2: Students learn the correct pronunciation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. This level is completed over the course of 2 years. |

| Sikh StudiesThis course focuses on the foundational concepts of Sikhi. Students expand their knowledge of Gurmat through large screen presentations, movies and documentaries, classroom discussions, and field trips. Students learn to interpret Gurbani meanings and also focus on modern-day issues around the world. |

Kirtan ClassesGurmat Center offers 5 levels of Kirtan, ranging from beginner to advanced. Using the basic musical scale known as SARGAM, students learn and practice various Shabads in different Taals. Students also perform at Sunday Youth & Family Darbar and other programs. |

| Gatka ClassStudents receive Shastar Vidya training based on their skill level and display their Gatka skills during the Nagar Kirtan, Shaheedi Smagam, Awards Ceremony, and at various competitions. |

Dastar Tying ClassesNote: Registration for Dastar Tying Classes will open soon. Students will learn the significance of the Dastar and step-by-step techniques for tying styles like Gol Dastar, Nok Pagh, and Dumalla. This hands-on class offers personalized guidance in a supportive environment for all skill levels. |
