On Sunday, June 8, Gurmat Center will be holding its 32nd annual Awards Ceremony. Sevadars are needed to support this event, and your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sevadars are required to commit to doing Seva for the shifts they sign up for. Please see the volunteering schedule below and then click on the orange button to fill out an application form.
In the application, you may choose from the Seva shifts listed below (#4 is a requirement for #3).
Awards Ceremony Set-up: Saturday, June 7 from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
There will be a 30-45 minute lunch break
Awards Ceremony Morning Set-up: Sunday, June 8 from 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Awards Ceremony Event: Sunday, June 8 from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Awards Ceremony Event Sevadar Meeting: Saturday, June 7 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
